Services Provided

The price includes food preparation and grilling at the agreed-upon address. We will set up the buffet on disposable dishes, and the customer is responsible for providing a table and cover for the buffet. Our services also include cutting meat during the event.

Deposit and Payment

– A deposit of DKK 1,000 is due no later than 2 working days after acceptance of the offer. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation for any reason. – No later than 10 working days before the event, a minimum of 50% of the total amount is payable in cash. – The remaining amount must be paid no later than 1 working day after the event. – Any adjustments to the number of guests must be made in writing on the same day as the event. The minimum number of guests stated in the offer is the minimum amount charged.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer ensures that we have access to running water, electricity (240V), and a container/bin for mixed waste. Additionally, there should be space provided for an 8×2.5 m trailer.

Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to change the price if there are further increases in the cost of raw materials.

Order Confirmation

Once the deposit is paid, the client will receive an order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

– The deposit of DKK 1,000 is non-refundable in case of cancellation. – The deposit is not refunded if the event is canceled. – Adjustments to the number of guests must be communicated in writing on the same day as the event.
